Overview

We stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains when and how you can obtain a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, and how the statutory right of withdrawal applies where relevant. It does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country or region; if this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty periods run from the date you receive the product.

 

"Lifetime" means the practical, reasonably expected usable lifespan of the product under normal, intended use — not the lifetime of the original purchaser and not an unlimited period. Once a product has reached the end of its reasonably expected usable lifespan, warranty coverage ends.

This is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty, in addition to — and not in place of — any legal warranty rights you may have under applicable law.

What This Warranty Covers

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship within its warranty period, we will, at our option, repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price where repair or replacement is not possible. Claims under this warranty are limited to manufacturing defects; preference-based issues are not covered (see Section 4). To make a claim you will need your order number; keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or issues arising from:

• Normal wear and tear (including fading, pilling, and cosmetic wear)

• Size, fit, or color preference

• Accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification

• Improper washing, drying, or care, or failure to follow care or usage instructions

• Any alteration or repair performed by a third party

How to Request an Exchange or Warranty Claim

1. Contact order@dansuntitanium.com within 14 days of receiving your order (for exchanges under this policy), or at any time within the applicable warranty period (for warranty claims). Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where helpful.

2. Do not ship anything back until we confirm your claim in writing and provide a return authorization. Returns shipped without authorization may be refused, and unauthorized warranty return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 7–14 business days.

4. If your claim qualifies, we will ship a replacement at no cost (typically within 7–14 business days after inspection), or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

5. Total processing time is up to 28 business days from the date we receive your return.

For voluntary (non-defect) exchanges, you pay the return shipping cost; for confirmed warranty claims, see Sections 6 and 7.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where a refund is due, we will process it within 14 business days after confirming that the return qualifies, and you will receive the amount you actually paid, less any amounts that this policy or applicable law permits us to deduct.

For EU Customers

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU (or, where equivalent rules apply, the UK), you may cancel your purchase and return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, contact order@dansuntitanium.com before the period ends (a withdrawal form is available on request). The item should be returned in its original condition; reasonable handling to examine the item is allowed, but you are liable for any diminished value caused by use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you — including the standard (least expensive) delivery cost you paid — within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item. If you expressly chose a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the difference. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

2-year legal warranty

Under EU law, all new products are covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery. This legal warranty takes precedence over any shorter voluntary warranty period stated in Section 2 and gives you the right to have the product brought into conformity (repair, replacement, price reduction, or rescission) as provided by applicable law.

Warranty return shipping

If we confirm a manufacturing defect under this Section, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after inspection. Contact us for approval before shipping any warranty return; unapproved returns will not be reimbursed.

For US Customers

This warranty is a "limited warranty" for purposes of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties — including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Customers in Other Countries

Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country continue to apply to your purchase and are not affected by this policy.
