I wasn't sure if I would like this over a traditional diver's notebook, but hand's down... I am never switching back. It is nice to have a truly solid backing when taking notes. The upper ring binding (reporter style) is also preferential over the traditional binding of underwater notebooks. I use more of the page space this way. Pair this with a forever-pencil for clear, thin marks and you have a huge winner in my opinion. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the shipping was fast!
