We have been developing a full-body bolt snaps made of Grade 5 Titanium for years. Through this journey, we have learned that reverse engineering is not as straightforward as it appears. The different material characteristics between titanium alloys and stainless steels make perfecting a project like this nearly impossible.
 
We utilize CNC technology to cut out every component, hand-polish the trigger in areas where it isn't visible, and carefully assemble and weld each piece. Following this, we acid wash and bead-blast the surface to ensure its purity.
 
Our quality assurance pass rate is less than 40%.
 
However, this endeavor reflects our passion for titanium as a metal and our relentless pursuit of refining our products.
